Placing an implant can involve several phases and treatment times can vary. We would first determine if you are a candidate for implant placement by reviewing your health history as well as performing a comprehensive examination to check the health of your gums and jawbone. We would also determine if any additional procedures, such as bone grafting or gum surgery, would be necessary.

To begin the treatment, a space is made in the jawbone and the implant is placed into the prepared space. Over the next several months, the implant will become secured by fusing to the bone. The last step is the attach the new restoration to the implant.
